If you are looking for ways to dig deeper into Brené’s research on courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy, Daring Way Trained Facilitators are helping professionals who facilitate the empirically based program. The work focuses on courage building, shame resilience, and uncovering the power of vulnerability. The methodology is designed for work with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
The Daring Way has an independent practitioner model in which helping professionals may implement The Daring Way work as long as they have successfully completed a Daring Way Certification training, have committed to maintaining professional liability insurance, and have committed to staying licensed by a governing board that provides ethical oversight. Brené Brown Education and Research Group (BBEARG) does not provide any oversight to this group of helping professionals. To report any concerns with the Daring Way Trained Facilitator you worked with, you can reach out directly to their licensing board as noted in the workbook they provided.
