Brené with Priya Parker:
A Meeting Makeover

This episode is the second of a two-part series with Priya Parker, master facilitator, strategic advisor, and the author of The Art of Gathering: How We Meet and Why it Matters. We hold a weekly meeting in our organization that doesn’t seem to be serving everyone in a consistent way, so Priya helps me figure out what’s going on and why. It’s a tough and vulnerable conversation. And, exactly what I needed.
